Day 1 “When did you start shipping Jily? Why?”

When I first read the books during the mirror of erised and Harry sees his parents, I felt so much emotion there. Not that I even knew much about their characters yet, just that this boy never got to grow up in the presence of this loving couple. I’m not sure if that counts. But I always loved just the feel of the marauders. So James and Lily just felt right. I think fan-fiction is what really made fall in love with them though.
